Refund policy
Refund, Exchange, and Shipping Policy – ArabCollective
At ArabCollective, we pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our products. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges (Except Damaged Items)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances except when a product arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged item:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Email us at cs.ArabCollective@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage

Once we review and verify the claim, we will issue a refund or exchange for the damaged item.
No other situations qualify for refunds or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery
- International dissatisfaction with fit or style
2. FOB (Free On Board) Shipping Policy
Once your order is scanned and picked up by the shipping carier, ArabCollective is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during transit.
We do not cover or replace:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
- Delays due to the carrier or customs
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
If any of the above occurs, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll always try to assist, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer once the item leaves our facility.
3. Return Labels
- Canada: Return labels may be provided for approved damaged items.
- USA & International: You are responsible for return shipping if your damaged item is approved for return/exchange. For approved international cases, shipping costs may be reimbursed.
